§ 73.01 CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES.
   No person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, or toy vehicle shall attach it or himself or herself to any public conveyance or moving vehicle upon any roadway.

§ 73.02 RIDING ON HANDLE BARS.
   The operator of a motorcycle or bicycle on a street shall not carry any person upon the handlebars, frame, or tank of his or her vehicle nor shall any person so ride upon any such vehicle.

§ 73.03 CYCLE RIDER TO USE HANDLEBARS; BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS.
   No person shall ride a bicycle or motorcycle on any street without having his or her hands on the handlebars nor shall any person ride a bicycle upon any sidewalk or walkway.

§ 73.04 COASTERS, ROLLER SKATES, AND THE LIKE.
   No person on roller skates or riding in any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device shall go upon any roadway, unless it be while crossing a street at a crosswalk or intersection.
