§ 72.03 PARKING PROHIBITED DURING CERTAIN HOURS; LIMITED TIME.
   (A)   Prohibited during certain hours. When signs so indicating are placed in certain streets, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. upon any of the streets so marked; provided, this division (A) shall not apply to automobiles or other vehicles if their owners are at work in the building or on the premises near which such vehicles are parked.

   (B)   Parking limited to two hours. When signs so indicating are placed in certain streets, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours at any time between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on any day except Sundays and public holidays upon any of the streets so marked. A change of position of vehicle from one point directly to another point within the same block shall be deemed one continuous parking period.

   (C)   Parking limited to one hour.
      (1)   When signs so indicating are placed in certain streets, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than one hour at any time between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays and public holidays on any of the streets so marked.
      (2)   A change of position of a vehicle from one point directly to another point within the same block shall be deemed one continuous parking period.

   (D)   Parking limited to ten minutes.
      (1)   When signs so indicating are placed in certain streets, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than ten minutes at any time upon any streets so marked.
      (2)   A change of position of vehicle from one point directly to another point within the same block shall be deemed one continuous parking period.
