§ 51.65 WATER MAY BE REMOVED.
   In cases where the water is turned off for nonpayment of water rent or other causes or when, in the opinion of the Public Utilities Director, the turning off of the water at the stopcock is not sufficient protection against the further use of water, he or she may cause the water meter to be removed.
