§ 51.40 CONDITIONS ON EXTENSIONS INTO PROPOSED SUBDIVISIONS.
   No written contract or agreement shall be entered into under the provisions of this subchapter for the extension of water or sewer mains inside or outside the corporate limits, unless approved by the City Council.
