There is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this code of ordinances, as if fully set forth herein, the Sewer Use Ordinance (including the Industrial Pretreatment Program and Enforcement Response Plan (ERP) enacted on September 11, 2012) and the Fats, Oils, and Grease Control Ordinance (FOG) enacted on August 14, 2012. Copies of these ordinances shall be kept on file and be available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
