In addition to any specific penalty set forth in this Chapter, any person who violates any provision of this Chapter, or who fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any provision of this Chapter, or who knowingly makes any material false statement or knowing omission in any document required to be submitted under the provisions hereof, shall be subject to any and all of the following penalties:
A. Upon conviction, pay a forfeiture as set forth in Chapter 50 of this Municipal Code. Each day a violation exists or continues is considered a separate offense under this Chapter.
B. The Village Board may seek injunctive relief from a court of record to enjoin further violations.
C. In addition to any other penalty imposed by this section, the cost of abatement of any violation of this section may be collected as set forth herein from the owner of the real estate or the person who violated this Chapter.
