A. Fees. All applications for permits or review or action by the Village under this chapter shall be accompanied by a fee in an amount determined by the Village Board and set forth in the Fee Schedule.
B. Enforcement and Violations. Any violation of the provisions of this chapter by any person shall be unlawful and shall be referred to the municipal attorney who shall expeditiously prosecute all such violators.
1. Any person failing to comply with this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 50 of this Municipal Code. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
2. A violator shall, upon conviction, forfeit to the municipality a penalty of not more than $50.00, together with a taxable cost of such action. Each day of continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. Every violation of this ordinance is a public nuisance, and the creation may be enjoined, and the maintenance may be abated by action at suit of the municipality, the state, or any citizen thereof pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 87.30 and Chapter 50.
