(A) A developer and/or owner, before proceeding with the formal procedure outlined in this subchapter, is urged to ascertain the problems and requirements affecting the development of their property.
(B) This may best be accomplished by a meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission to determine general compliance and understanding of all related village requirements.
