(A) No building permit shall be issued for the construction of any building located on a lot in violation of the regulations of this chapter.
(B) No preliminary or final plan shall be approved which does not comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter.
(C) No building permits shall be issued for construction of buildings or site development, parking lots, exterior lighting, entrances and the like without final approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
