(A) Any person that has violated or continues to violate this chapter shall be subject to a fine in the amount of no less than $100 per violation and no more than $1,000 for each day said violation continues to occur. The village may recover all attorney fees, court costs and other expenses associated with enforcement of this chapter, including, but not limited to, engineering, sampling and monitoring expenses.

(B) The remedies listed in this chapter are not exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable federal, state, local law, regulation or ordinance and it is within the discretion of the village to seek cumulative remedies.
