§ 151.351 RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   The owner of the structure shall provide and maintain light, ventilation and space conditions in compliance with these requirements.
   (B)   A person shall not occupy as owner-occupant, or permit another person to occupy, any premises that do not comply with the requirements of §§ 151.350 through 151.352, 151.365 through 151.367, 151.380 through 151.384 and 151.395 through 151.401.
