§ 151.151 NOTICES AND ORDERS.

   All notices and orders shall comply with §§ 151.100 through 151.104.

   Before the Code Official can pursue action to demolish a building in accordance with §§ 151.150 or 151.152, it is imperative that all owners and any other persons with a recorded encumbrance on the property be given proper notice of the demolition plans (see §§ 151.100 through 151.104 for notice and order requirements.)
