§ 32.112 SUMMARY OF DUTIES.
   (A)   Under the direction of the President and Board of Trustees, the Village Manager shall act as the administrative arm of President; assist each Trustee within that Trustee’s area of responsibility.
   (B)   He or she shall assist the department heads to accomplish the goals and objectives set forth by the Board of Trustees of the village.
   (C)   This shall be a part-time or full-time position.
