The Illinois State Plumbing Code, 2004 Edition (“ISPC”), promulgated pursuant to authority granted by the Illinois Plumbing License Law is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference pursuant to the authority of the Illinois Municipal Code; provided that in the event any of the provisions of the said ISPC are in conflict with any other ordinance of the village, said ordinance shall prevail.
