(A) Any person who pleads guilty or liable or is found guilty or liable by a court of law or administrative tribunal for a violation of § 137.02 shall be fined as follows:
(1) Section 137.02(A) shall be punished by a fine of $250;
(2) Section 137.02(B) shall be punished by a fine of $250;
(3) Section 137.02(C) shall be punished by a fine of $250;
(4) Section 137.02(D) shall be punished by a fine of $250; and
(5) Section 137.02(E) shall be punished by a fine of $250 per cannabis sativa plant.
(B) Any person who pleads guilty or liable or is found guilty or liable by a court of law or administrative tribunal of violating § 137.03 shall be punished by a fine of $250.
(C) Any person who pleads guilty or liable or is found guilty or liable by a court of law or administrative tribunal of violating § 137.04 shall be punished by a fine of $250.
