§ 131.07 ELECTRONIC DEVICES TO KILL INSECTS.
   No person shall operate, between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day, on any property zoned for residential use, any electrical device which emits an audible sound and is designed or used for the purpose of killing insects out-of-doors.
