§ 32.010 GENERAL DUTIES.
   (A)   The President shall perform all the duties which are prescribed by law and shall take care that the laws and ordinances are faithfully executed.
   (B)   The President from time to time, may and annually shall give the Village Board information relative to the affairs of the village, and may recommend for their consideration such measures as he or she believes expedient.
