§ 110.29 HOURS.
   It is hereby declared to be unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance for any person, whether registered under this Code or not, to engage in peddling as herein defined prior to 10:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. on any day of the week, including Saturday, or at any time on a Sunday or on a State or National holiday. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a licensed peddler, upon application to and approval of Village Board, may operate until 7:30 p.m. on any of the day of the week, including Saturday, and may also apply to operate on Sunday or on a state or national holiday, if such operation is integral to the peddler's business. Whether to allow such operating times shall in the sole discretion of the Village Board.
