The fee for such permit(s) shall be as follows; however, the Village Board may waive the fees in this section:
Excavation in asphalt or portland cement concrete pavement or surface | $0.25 per square foot |
Excavation in brick pavement or surface | $0.25 per square foot |
Excavation in oil treated street surface | $0.25 per square foot |
Excavation in untreated or unimproved street or surface | $0.25 per square foot |
