§ 95.001 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is hereby established a department of the municipal government which shall be known as the Public Works Department.
   (B)   It shall embrace the Streets Committee, the Superintendent and the employees. The Village Engineer shall serve as ex officio officer.
