(A) No person shall display any advertisement of any kind, nor shall any person distribute such advertisement or notice in the park system except where authorized to do so by permit from or contract with the Trustees.
(B) No person shall post, stencil or otherwise affix an advertisement or other papers upon any structure or thing in the park system except where it is specifically allowed by appropriate sign or notice.
