No person shall engage in any sport, game or amusement on a portion of the park designated by sign, by establishment of a playing field, or other facilities as being for a different sport, game or activity. (For example, volleyball shall not be played on a baseball diamond.) No person shall play at games of change or use gambling devices in the park system.
