§ 92.15 DUMPING ARTICLES.
   (A)   No person shall deposit, dump, throw or place any rubbish, garbage or other refuse in any part of the park system, except in receptacles provided for that purpose.
   (B)   Such discarded material can only be a byproduct of recreational activity in the park system.
