The area designated by the village is located north of the West Sewer Pond, or at such locations as may be designated by the Board of Trustees or the Trustee of Public Health and Safety. Disposal may only be made during the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on each Saturday during the months of April through October. The village will allow disposal at other times only by permit obtained by a resident from the village office. Dumping or disposal of any other material, including leaves or grass clippings, or bagging disposable material in any manner, shall be a violation of this subchapter.
