§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   The penalties for violating any of the provisions within §§ 90.01 through 90.10 or 90.25 through 90.41 shall be as set forth in this section. Each violation shall be considered a violation of the owner and the penalties for subsequent offense shall be applicable regardless if such subsequent offense is with the same or a separate animal of the owner. Each penalty shall apply to the owner of the animal and shall be due from same.
   (C)   Any violation of §§ 90.03, 90.04 or 90.09 shall result in a penalty of $75 for the first offense, $100 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $150 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense.
   (D)   Any violation of § 90.05 shall result in a penalty of $200 for the first offense, $400 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $750 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense.
   (E)   Any violation of § 90.06 shall result in a penalty of $750 for each offense that occurs within an 18-month period.
   (F)   Any violation of § 90.07 shall result in a penalty of $150 for the first offense, $300 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $600 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense.
   (G)   Any violation of § 90.10 shall result in a penalty of $100 for the first offense, $200 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $400 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense.
   (H)   Any violation of § 90.26(A) shall result in a penalty of $150 for the first offense, $500 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $750 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense. Any violation of § 90.26(B) shall result in a penalty of $100 for the first offense, $200 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $300 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense.
   (I)   Any violation of §§ 90.30 or 90.34 shall result in a penalty of $200 for the first offense, $400 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $750 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense.
   (J)   Any violation of § 90.31 shall result in a penalty of $75 for the first offense, $150 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $300 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense.
   (K)   Any violation of § 90.35 shall result in a penalty of $175 for the first offense and $750 for the second offense and each such subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the first or a subsequent offense.
   (L)   Any violation of § 90.40 shall result in a penalty of $150 for the first offense, $300 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $600 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense.
   (M)   Any violation of § 90.41 shall result in a penalty of $100 for the first offense, $200 for the second offense if such offense occurs within 18 months of the first offense, and $300 for the third and each subsequent offense that occurs within 18 months of the second (or subsequent) offense.
