Special meetings of the Village Board may be called by the President or any three Trustees by giving at least 48 hours’ notice thereof by emailing to them personally of the time of such meeting to the Trustees. Said notices and agenda shall specify the purpose of said special meeting and the business to be taken up at that time and place. Such notice shall be posted at the Village Hall and on the village website.
