§ 74.08 DAMAGING VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   No person shall operate a skateboard or toy vehicle on or against any municipal-owned table, bench, structure, tennis court, parking stop, retaining wall, fountain, statue or other improvement which may suffer damage by such use.
