§ 72.02 PARKING FOR SALE OR REPAIR.
   (A)   Vehicles for sale. It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle which has been marked for sale upon the paved portion or any part of any public street or alley in the village; except that a maximum of one vehicle licensed to a resident of the village, which has been marked for sale, may be parked on the village street on which such resident resides so long as the vehicle is parked immediately in front of the resident’s domicile or, in the event that parking is not permitted on the street and there is an alley available, in the alley, provided that the flow of traffic in the alley is not blocked or impeded.
   (B)   Repairs and maintenance. No person shall park a vehicle upon any street for the purpose of washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except when emergency repairs are necessary.
