§ 71.40 ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE; EQUIPMENT OF VEHICLES ADOPTED.
   The Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/12, entitled “Equipment of Vehicles”, as passed, approved and amended by the Illinois General Assembly is hereby adopted by the village and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village.
