§ 52.13 WATER WELL PERMITS REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to drill a water well in the village without the proper permits from the state, county, and the Village Board. All wells shall comply with the cross-connection regulations in Chapter 53 of this code of ordinances. No wells shall be drilled when the property is within 200 feet of the municipal water main.
