§ 52.08 CHANGES TO WATER SYSTEM EQUIPMENT PROHIBITED.
   No user of water supplied by the waterworks system shall be allowed to tamper with or make changes to any equipment of waterworks system owned by the village; i.e., water meters, shut-off valves and the like.
