§ 51.35 WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE FUNDS.
   The Village Treasurer shall receive all such revenues from the sewerage and waterworks systems and all other funds and monies incident to the operation of such systems as the same may be delivered to him or her and deposit the same in the account of the funds designated as the Sewerage and Waterworks Funds of the village and said Treasurer shall administer such Funds in every respect in the manner provided by statute.
