§ 51.23 MINIMUM MONTHLY BILLS.
   A minimum monthly bill for water and/or sewer service established by ordinance by the Village Board shall be paid for each separate premises receiving water and/or sewer service. The minimum monthly bill shall be charged for each premises even though more than one premises is served by a single sewer connection.
