Charges for each premises receiving water service and rates for the amount of water consumed as measured and recorded by the water meters are hereby established as follows:
(A) Water within the village limits.
(1)
Twenty-nine dollars fifty-one cents ($29.51) per month per premises served within the village limits, consisting of a capital improvement charge of eight dollars fifty cents ($8.50) and an OM&R charge of twenty-one dollars one cent ($21.01), which shall include one thousand (1,000) gallons of water per month; plus
(2) Ten dollars nine cents ($10.09) per one thousand (1,000) gallons of water used in excess of one thousand (1,000) gallons per month.
(B) Water outside the village limits.
(1) Forty dollars two cents ($40.02) per month per premises served outside the village limits, consisting of a capital improvement charge of eight dollars fifty cents ($8.50) and an OM&R charge of thirty-one dollars fifty-two cents ($31.52), which shall include one thousand (1,000) gallons of water per month, plus
(2) Fifteen dollars fourteen cents ($15.14) per one thousand (1,000) gallons of water used in excess of one thousand (1,000) gallons per month.
(C) Water from irrigation meters.
(1) Water used from separate irrigation meters within the village limits shall be charged at twenty-one dollars one cent ($21.01) consisting of an OM&R charge, which shall include one thousand (1,000) gallons of water per month, plus ten dollars nine cents ($10.09) per one thousand (1,000) gallons of water used in excess of one thousand (1,000) gallons per month.
(2) Water used from separate irrigation meters outside the Village limits shall be charged at thirty-one dollars fifty-two cents ($31.52) consisting of an OM&R charge, which shall include one thousand (1,000) gallons of water per month, plus fifteen dollars fourteen cents ($15.14) per one thousand (1,000) gallons of water used in excess of one thousand (1,000) gallons per month.
(D) Hydrant bulk water. Hydrant bulk water used from a meter supplied by Public Works Department shall be charged at $51 consisting of an OM&R charge, which shall include 1,000 gallons of water per use, plus $24 per 1,000 gallons of water used in excess of 1,000 gallons per use.
