Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system, the owner shall first obtain a written permit signed by the Village Clerk. The application shall be made on a form furnished by the village and shall include a drawing showing lot lines, buildings and proposed location and dimensions of the private sewage disposal system. A private sewage disposal inspection fee of $50 shall be paid at the time the application is filed.
