§ 92.56 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY; APPEALS.

(A) Violations and penalty. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this subchapter shall be subject to any and all penalties provided in this subchapter. Each violation of this subchapter, as determined and notified by the Superintendent, shall constitute a separate violation.

(B) Appeals. Appeals to decisions by the Superintendent or the Arbor Committee, or to penalties imposed after violations of this subchapter, shall be heard by the Village Board or its designee.
