§ 156.169 TEMPORARY SIGN PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   The village shall allow banners, public informational signs, or seasonal signs on a temporary sign permit basis. The request shall be submitted to the Village Manager and based on the usage and content may approve, or request the Village Board to consider the request for placing the temporary sign.
   (B)   Temporary signs shall be limited to 14 days of presentation. An application for extension shall allow for an additional 14 days, with no extension allowing a temporary sign for greater than 28 days.
   (C)   All other rules of § 156.167 shall apply to temporary signs.
