§ 156.041 ANNEXATIONS; PROCEDURE FOR ZONING.
   All land which may hereafter become a part of the village as a result of annexation shall be classified and placed in the R-S Zoning District, after which it can, after review and recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission, be reclassified following the procedures for hearing and approving amendments to this chapter.
