(A) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provision of § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) No person shall construct, enlarge, alter, repair or maintain any grading, excavation or fill, or cause the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any terms of §§ 155.175 through 155.183. Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 155.175 through 155.183 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and each day during which any violation of any of the provisions of §§ 155.175 through 155.183 is committed, continued or permitted, shall constitute a separate offense. Upon conviction of any such violation, such person, partnership, corporation or governmental unit shall be punished by a fine in the amount of no less than $100 per violation and no more than $1,000 for each day said violation continues to occur. In addition to any other penalty authorized by this division (B), any person, partnership, corporation or governmental unit convicted of violating any of the provisions of §§ 155.175 through 155.183 shall be required to bear the expense of such restoration, infrastructure cleaning, administrative, legal and engineering costs incurred by the village.
