§ 155.077 FLOOD PLAINS, WETLANDS AND ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE AREAS.
   Disturbance of and encroachment into flood plains, wetlands and environmentally sensitive areas shall be avoided or minimized in the planning and development of subdivision. Protection of these areas shall not be secondary to the subdivider’s desire to maximize developed spaces or minimize cost.
