§ 155.076 PUBLIC SITES AND OPEN SPACES.
   When a proposed park, playground or school site is shown on the comprehensive plan or official map, or in the opinion of the Planning and Zoning Commission is necessary for the public welfare, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall require the reservation of the appropriate areas as specified in § 155.011.
