§ 155.073 EASEMENTS.

(A) Easements across lots for utilities, cable television, watercourse, drainageway, channel or stream shall not be less than 12 feet wide and shall be adjacent to or centered on lot lines.

(B) All aboveground utility service boxes are to be located on rear lot lines.
