§ 155.046 PREAPPLICATION.
   (A)   Prior to the filing of a preliminary plat, the subdivider may submit material to the Plat Officer relating to the proposed subdivision in order to avail himself or herself of the advice and assistance of the Planning and Zoning Commission at its next regularly scheduled meeting, without the expense and time of a formal application.
   (B)   It is suggested that for a maximum benefit the material should include as a minimum:
      (1)   General subdivision information that describes the existing condition of the site and the proposed development. This information may include data on existing covenants, land characteristics, available community facilities and utilities, information describing the subdivision proposal, such as number of residential lots, typical lot width and depth, proposed protective covenants, utilities, street improvements, existing zoning, surrounding land use and a general location map showing the subdivision’s location to/or in the village; and
      (2)   A sketch plan showing in simple form the proposed layout of streets, lots and other features in relation to existing conditions. The sketch plan does not require formal application, fee or filing of the plat.
