An hourly engineering fee to be set from time to time by the Village Board or charges corresponding to the current rate schedule for the consulting engineer serving as the Village Engineer shall be paid to the village to defray the cost of reviewing and approving plans and specifications for public improvements and for site inspections of construction of said public improvements by the Village Engineer. These fees shall be borne by the subdivider and shall be paid in the manner as prescribed in §§ 155.125 through 155.130.
