From and after the effective date of this chapter, no lot or tract of land located within the village or within the extraterritorial area of jurisdiction of the village shall be subdivided without complying with this chapter, the village zoning code (Chapter 156 of this code of ordinances) and the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
