(A) Drawings shall contain the following:
(1) Site plan (1"=50' minimum scale);
(2) North arrow;
(3) Symbols list;
(4) Licensed architect or engineer’s name, address, sealed and signed by same;
(5) Owner’s name/address and business name;
(6) Property lines, setbacks and easements;
(7) Erosion/sediment control design, details and maintenance;
(8) Floodplains, wetland and/or environmentally sensitive areas;
(9) Entrances and exits;
(10) Paved surfaces;
(11) Parking spaces;
(12) Loading/unloading dedicated areas;
(13) Traffic flow indications;
(14) Emergency lanes;
(15) Building(s) outlined with setbacks shown;
(16) Refuse containers and enclosures;
(17) Fences and walls;
(18) Signage location and design;
(19) Utilities and utility easements;
(20) Storm water management;
(21) Exterior lighting design;
(22) Landscaping design;
(23) Exterior storage areas and screening;
(24) Sidewalks; and
(25) Fire hydrant location(s).
(B) The Planning and Zoning Commission and Village Board shall review the proposed site plan for technical compliance with the list presented in division (A) of this section.
