The Common Council hereby establishes a non-reverting fund for the receipt of donations to thePolice Crime-Prevention Fund, accruing all earnings upon investment to the fund, in compliance withrules and regulations of the state Board of Tax Commissioners, the fund to be a non-reverting cumulative fund to be used for projects such as public relations for the Police Department and advertising, including but not limited to stickers, hats, children’s fingerprint kits, and the like.
