§ 35.05 COMMUNITY HOST FEE FUND.
   (A)   A non-reverting Community Host Fee Fund is hereby established.
   (B)   The Clerk/Treasurer shall deposit all funds received pursuant to any host fee agreement into this fund.
   (C)   This cumulative fund shall remain in effect until the county line landfill is closed.
