§ 34.14 FEE FOR FURNISHING ACCIDENT REPORTS.
   (A)   Directed. The Police Department is directed to charge $12 for every accident report it furnishes to anyone, other than another law enforcement agency.
   (B)   Monthly Deposit Required. The Police Department is directed to deposit said fees with the Clerk-Treasurer on a monthly basis, which the Clerk-Treasurer is to deposit into the local law enforcement continuing education fund.
