§ 34.03 APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF OF POLICE AND OTHER MEMBERS.
   The Chief of Police and any other employee of the police department who holds an upper level policy making position shall be appointed by the Mayor. All other members and employees of the police department are appointed by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
